CoziCademy Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoziCademy's website, mobile applications, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who may use CoziCademy services

The Services are intended for use by families and caregivers. If you use the Services on behalf of a child or household, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms for yourself and, where applicable, for those you supervise. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.

License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial family use. You agree not to misuse the Services—including attempting to interfere with security, scrape or overload our systems, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or use the Services in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Accounts and family learning features

Certain features may allow linked parent and child experiences or controls. You are responsible for how household accounts are configured and for activity that occurs under credentials you control. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.

Content and intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by CoziCademy or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party sites or tools. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for their content or handling of data.

Trials, subscriptions, and changes

Some offerings may include free trials or paid plans. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation rights will be presented at purchase or in-product where applicable. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when required, except that we may address abuse, security, or legal issues without delay.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CoziCademy is not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, or educational advice; content and tools are for general family learning and screen-time management purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoziCademy and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify CoziCademy and its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy for smart screen-time services

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may process information as described there.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. Courts in Delaware may have exclusive jurisdiction for certain disputes, where permitted by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example by email or in-product). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
